LEWISBURG – Award-winning journalist, author, and ABC News anchor Bob Woodruff will give the keynote address at Bucknell’s commencement Sunday. Woodruff joined ABC News in 1996, he’s been an anchor and a correspondent. He was badly injured covering the war in Iraq in 2007, and has been making a slow, public recovery, ever since.
About 800 undergraduate and graduate students will attend the ceremony beginning at 10 a.m. on the Academic Quadrangle. Bucknell officials say 715 members of the Class of 2015 will be awarded degrees in the arts and sciences, while another 145 will receive degrees in engineering. The Bucknell graduates represent 34 states and 18 countries. (Ali Stevens)
