MILTON – State police at Milton say they are investigating a 2013 or 2014 sexual assault case in Montour County. In a statement, troopers say they received a Child Line notification about the incident reported in Valley Township, Montour County.
The news release says the perpetrator was 15-years-old and the victim was 7. State police and the Montour County District Attorney are in on the investigation.
