DANVILLE — About a hundred residents packed a DEP hearing night on a proposed municipal waste transfer station. The Daily Item reports more than 100 people attended the hearing at the Montour County Administration Center.
DEP is reviewing a permit application from 22 Transfer LLC for a site along Grovania Drive. The proposal includes a waste transfer station, recycling center, and waste-hauling operation.
