Middleburg Man to Remain Jailed Until Trial for Strangulation

The Daily Item reports a Middleburg man who violated conditions of bail has been denied release from jail while awaiting trial on strangulation and simple assault charges. The newspaper reports 39-year-old Will Brunson was not to have any contact with the victim and police were called to her home, where he had gone when she and her child were present. Brunson was jailed for violating bail and on Tuesday he was refused bail again while he awaits trial later this month.
