WINFIELD — PennDOT says it is working on several sections of the CSVT right now and that is affecting motorists.
The department says, right now, orange cones restrict drivers on Route 15 in the Winfield area near County Line Road. The department’s contractor will soon be putting in concrete barriers there. That will restrict traffic to one, 13′, wide lane, for several years.
Elsewhere on the CSVT construction sites, the department says work is progressing on Route 147 near Northumberland. Crews are actively working on the Ridge Road interchange and there is occasional flagging there.
