BEAVERTOWN — State troopers in Snyder County say they are investigating two separate indecent assault cases involving children.
State police say both cases stem from ChildLine referrals and remain under active investigation.
In Beaver Township, troopers say the alleged incident was reported on December 16 between 5pm and 9pm. Authorities say the victims are a 12-year-old girl and a 9-year-old girl, both from Beavertown.
In a separate case in Union Township, troopers say the alleged incident occurred between October 1 and December 8 along Main Street. Police say the victim in that case is an 11-year-old girl from Middleburg.
State police say no additional information is being released at this time as both investigations continue.
