MILTON — State police made a DUI arrest at a checkpoint that was held Wednesday night into Thanksgiving morning. The location was the Route 405/Route 45 intersection near the Lewisburg bridge.
From 10pm Wednesday, to 3am Thursday, troopers say they encountered 52 motorists, issued 15 traffic citations, issued 39 warnings, and made one DUI arrest. They say, their Thanksgiving Day Holiday Enforcement Period is underway and previously said, several checkpoints will be held in the days, and the weeks ahead.
