Montoursville, PA – Motorists in north central Pennsylvania are advised the following roads in the area (listed by county) are closed or have a lane restriction due to flooding, downed trees or utilities. Updates will be sent periodically.
Lycoming
- Sylvan Dell Road (Route 2012) between Second Avenue in South Williamsport and Old Montgomery Road in Armstrong Township.
- Little Pine Creek Road (Route 4001) between Route 44 and Route 287 in Cummings Township.
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) Route 14 between the ramp to Route 15 to Trout Run Mountain Road (Route 1002) in Lewis Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Trout Run Mountain Road (Route 1002), Lycoming Creek Road (Route 1017), and Route 973 is in place.
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) Little Pine Creek Road (Route 4001) between Route 287 in English Center, Pine Township and Route 44 in Waterville, Cummings Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Route 287, Route 973, and Route 44 is being put in place.

- Route 405 between Susquehanna Trail (Route 1007) and Ninth Street in Milton Borough, Turbot Township.
