KREAMER – An accident near Kreamer, in Snyder County, sent a man to Geisinger Monday afternoon. State police say 75-year-old Claude Stanley of Middleburg sustained what they suspected were serious injuries. They say his small SUV crossed the center line of Route 522 and hit a tractor-trailer.
Stanley was flown to the hospital; the truck driver was not hurt. The crash happened near Kreamer, around 4pm. Numerous first responders were on the scene, including Reliance volunteer fire and EMS crews and Middleburg police. Traffic was backed up in that region for several hours.
