SHAMOKIN DAM – Some overnight traffic disruptions coming to Snyder County . . . PennDOT announced a new paving project starting Sunday night on all lanes of Route 11 between the split in Shamokin Dam and Northumberland.
The department issued a news release, saying they expect to be working 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, weather permitting. They said the project involves milling, paving, traffic sign upgrades and a new guide rail.
