Construction Worker Harassed, Man Cited
LEWISBURG – A Shamokin Dam man was cited for harassing a construction worker along Route 15 in Kelly Township, Union County. Milton state police say cited was 42-year-old Robert Ashford for the incident last Friday morning in the area of Hospital Drive.
Troopers say it learned the victim, who was an employee of a paving company, was directing traffic. That’s when Ashford engaged in a verbal argument over whose turn it was to proceed through the construction zone, with Ashford getting out of his vehicle and pushing the victim.
