SELINSGROVE – A destructive fire on Market Street in Selinsgrove last week has been labeled ‘suspicious’ and police say surveillance video is a big part of their investigation.
Selinsgrove Police say there are suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire and they encourage anyone who may have helpful information or video to contact police.
Police chief Tom Garlock told WKOK Saturday, “The department is continuing investigation into the fire at 301 N. Market Street, in conjunction with the DH&L Fire Company and State Police Fire Marshalls.”
“We are reviewing surveillance footage from various locations near the scene, as well as conducting interviews of potential witnesses preceding and up to the discovery of the fire. At this point, we have nothing else to report but the investigation will continue into the coming weeks,” he said.
