Man Arrested After Eluding Police
SUNBURY – State Troopers have charged a Danville man with harassment and stalking.
Earlier this month, 61-year-old Louis Phillip Orlando, was charged after they say he was harassing the victim . Upon troopers arrival, Orlando fled but was captured.
Orlando was charged with stalking, harassment, fleeing and eluding. Charged were filed through Magisterial District Judge Toomey’s office in Sunbury.
