COAL TOWNSHIP – A man from Mount Carmel died in a one car crash on Route 61 near Kulpmont Monday morning. The News-Item reports, 74-year-old Raymond Long died after the crash near Kulpmont around 8am.
The newspaper reports, his vehicle went off route 61 hit an embankment, rolled over and came to rest on its wheels. Raymond Long, Mount Carmel, was pronounced dead at the scene by a member of the coroner’s staff.
