Watsontown Public Disturbance Leads to Chief of Police Injured

Watsontown Woman Facing Felony Charges

WATSONTOWN – Watsontown police say they arrested a nude woman who could be seen from a home, and they also say she fought and bit the borough’s police chief.

Officers tell us, they charged 33-year-old Samantha Wheless of Watsontown with aggravated assault on a police officer, indecent exposure, resisting arrest and public drunkenness.

They say January 25 at 1pm she was involved in a disturbance, was intoxicated, fought with officers, hit the chief with a broom handle and bit him.

She was arraigned in front of magistrate Michael Diehl of Milton and she’ll face a hearing.
