MIDDLEBURG – A Port Trevorton man was given a 10 to 30 year jail Thursday for sexually assaulting two female girls in 2019.
Snyder County District Attorney Mike Piecuch says 19-year-old Timothy Buhrman of Port Trevorton was sentenced to up to 30 years in state prison followed by five years probation. The DA says Buhrman was also declared a sexually violent predator and will be subject to strict reporting under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.
The DA says Buhrman pleaded guilty to one count of rape of a child under the age of 13 and one county of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a child under the age of 16. The incidents happened in December of 2019.
