New Community College Looking for Community Feedback
SUNBURY – The Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project and local county commissioners are asking for your feedback in a survey about public interest in a potential community college.
Meghan Beck, Education Project Board President tells WKOK says the purpose of the survey is not only to collect feedback but also spread awareness, They need feedback. The commissioners need to know that people are interested in the community, that they are excited about this, that they have a sense of what it is…and what we’ve also been working on this past year to get that awareness out there.”
The survey is fast and doesn’t ask for personal information, “It is only four minutes of your time. Please get out there and check it out. It asks very generic questions, generally where you are located at so we get a sense of your perceptive on where you are coming to on the project. What do you think would be good classes to have at a community college…are you aware of what community college is…”
