ROCKEFELLER TOWNSHIP, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – A Trevorton man is dead after a crash along Route 890 in Rockefeller Township, Northumberland County Monday morning.
Stonington state police say 57-year-old Steven Clark was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash near Plum Creek Road.
Stonington troopers say Clark’s SUV went off the road, hit an embankment, and rolled onto its roof against a tree. Troopers say Clark was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
State police say the crash occurred sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 5:50 a.m. First responders were summoned at 5:50 a.m. The road was closed for several hours.
