Fabridam Project Delays to be Discussed at DCNR Virtual Town Hall
HARRISBURG – The fabridam at Sunbury won’t be inflated at the beginning of the boating season this year while the fabridam bags are still being repaired.
Valley residents can find out more on what’s causing delays to the fabridam project during an online town hall next week. The state DCNR is hosting a virtual town hall Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. A link to the event will be posted on the Shikellamy State park webpage.
DCNR says their staff will provide updates about the project delays, what to expect regarding impacted activities such as boating, and they’ll provide more information about the work moving forward.
There will be a question and answer session at the end of the meeting. The meeting will be recorded and made available on the park website within 48 hours of the meeting and will remain accessible for 30 days. We have the link for the Shikellamy State Park at WKOK.com.
