BERWICK – PPL Electric Utilities says they’ll be moving a huge load along Route 11 near Berwick Thursday. They say a 14-foot tall transformer will move from Berwick to Salem Township around 9am.
The seven mile journey on Route 11 starts at 9a.m. PPL warns of possible traffic delays during that time. PPL sys the slow moving trailer transporting the transformer allows for opportunities to capture pictures and videos of the technology.
