MIDDLBURG – Police in Middleburg say a man resisted arrest and damaged a courtroom during an arraignment two weeks ago.
Officers say 28-year-old Jesse Rowles of McClure was being taken into custody for a November 21 for assaulting and injuring a woman. That’s when they say he fought with police and damaged the magistrate’s courtroom.
Charges include obstruction of justice, making terroristic threats and assault. He was jailed in the Snyder County prison.
