SHAMOKIN – Two Shamokin parents are charged with the death of a child last month. Multiple media outlets today reporting Patricia Zimmerman and Brandon Granacheski are charged with endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person.
October 13 they told police Granacheski fell asleep with the child under his arm but the child was found dead by Zimmerman the next morning.
Court papers say Granacheski tested positive for methamphetamines but said he had taken them earlier in the week. Police say he tested positive for that drug.
