Geisinger Offers COVID-19 Booster for Adults
DANVILLE – Geisinger is now offering booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccines for all adults.
Geisinger says people can now receive their booster dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine beginning six months after receiving their second dose for non-immunocompromised patients. Those who are immunocompromised may receive their booster after their third dose.
Those who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine are eligible to receive a booster dose of any of the COVID-19 vaccines two months after their initial J&J dose.

They say, to make an appointment for a first, second, third, or booster dose of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Geisinger, patients may go through MyGeisinger, or call 570-284-3657. Appointments are available are various Geisinger locations.
A COVID-19 vaccine card or proof of having received the vaccine is required. Masks must be worn by everyone in all Geisinger buildings and facilities.
