MIDDLEBURG – A man who threw or shot explosive devices in McClure…has been arrested.
Middleburg Police said they were assisted by the Snyder County Sheriff’s Department arresting 35-year-old Cody Mustard of McClure this past Friday for shooting multiple explosive devices on North Brown Street.
Police said Mustard is in the Snyder County Prison on $100,000 bail because they say he had an active bench warrant at the time of his arrest November 5. He faces charges of arson, possession of explosive materials, reckless burning, endangerment, risking catastrophe and criminal mischief.
