NORTHUMBRLAND – PennDOT says the $13 million Northumberland road construction project continues with some 24-hour per day work starting the night of Sunday, August 12. The round-the-clock will be along Front Street from A Street to just west of Hanover Street. The announcement comes as UGI’s contractor is moving up Water Street and doing primarily night work.
