WATSONTOWN – An 18-year-old man is facing felony rape and sexual assault charges after an incident involving a 16-year-old girl September 17. Watsontown police say the incident occurred between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. It led to the arrest of 18-year-old Ethan Stephens.
Stephens was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Mike Toomey and committed to the Montour County Prison in lieu of $75,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 10 in front of Magisterial District Judge Michael Diehl in Milton.
