Teens Indicted In Gun Theft Case At Williamsport Dealer

WILLIAMSPORT — The Sun Gazette is reporting… Two teenagers accused in a June burglary at a Washington Boulevard gun dealer are now facing federal charges. The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 18-year-old Tahir Dixon and 19-year-old Shamier Gadson are indicted for stealing firearms from a licensed dealer and possessing stolen guns.

Sun Gazette reports that the two remain jailed in Lycoming County.  Prosecutors allege the pair and four juveniles broke into National Range and Armory and stole two rifles, using a stolen car to haul the weapons. The case involves the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and falls under Operation Take Back America.
