Sunbury Business Owner Bob Snyder Jr. Dies

SUNBURY – A long-time Sunbury business owner, community member and musician has died. Bob Snyder Jr. died of natural causes Tuesday, he was 70.

Snyder Jr. was the current owner of The Squeeze-In, Dip-In and Duck-In in Sunbury. He also owned The Peppermint Lounge in Sunbury from 1992 to 2009. He also spent three years as a manager at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club.

His family says on social media he is survived by three adult children, and six grandchildren. The family says they’ll hold a celebration of life at the Duck-in, in the coming weeks.

Snyder Jr. was also known as a musician and active community member.
