The national average price of diesel continues rising steeply at 9.9 cents per gallon in the last week and stands at $4.53 per gallon.
Gasbuddy.com says there were continued refinery challenges in the western U.S. that pulled prices up considerably in some states. Gasbuddy says the transition to winter gas should transition back to lower prices, unless refinery issues continue.
