NORTHUMBERLAND – A popular Valley sports complex is closing its doors after a little over two decades.
The owners of The Sports Zone in Northumberland announced this weekend the complex is closing October 1 after 22 years.
On Facebook, the owners expressed their appreciation of the sports community, and thanked numerous referees and concession stand partners. Owners say memories of the Sports Zone will ‘last a lifetime.’
