MIFFLINBURG/LEWISBURG/SNYDER COUNTY – Motorists should expect delays traveling through Lewisburg, Mifflinburg and western Snyder County next week. PennDOT says all projects begin Monday.
In Mifflinburg, PennDOT says work will take place Monday through Wednesday during daylight hours along Chestnut Street between North Tenth Street and Route 104. Crews will be performing a pipe replacement project, and single lane conditions will be in place.
In Lewisburg, PennDOT says the eastbound lane of Market Street (Route 45) will be closed between South Sixth and North Fifth Streets while railroad crossing work is completed. That will work is expected to be completed in one day, and will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work is weather permitting.
In Franklin and Beaver Townships, Snyder County, there will be lane restrictions on Route 522 between B&R Farm Equipment and Royers Bridge Road. Work will be performed during daylight hours, weather permitting.
