Rabbittransit Expanding Microtransit Service in Selinsgrove and Sunbury

SUNBURY –Rabbittransit is expanding its microtransit service to Selinsgrove and Sunbury later this month. Rabbittransit announced Tuesday the service, ‘Stop Hopper’ will expand effective December 13. Stop Hopper enables residents to schedule rides on maller, neighborhood friendly-sized public transit vehicles.

Rabbittransit says riders can travel anywhere within the designated zone by requesting a ride using the Stop Hopper smartphone app.

The Selinsgrove/Sunbury Stop Hopper will be available from 6:30am until 6:30pm Monday through Friday. It is $2.00 per ride and free for registered seniors 65 years and older with a registered free fare ID card.  Vehicles are ADA accessible.  For additional information, visit www.ridethestophopper.org.
