Pennsylvania “Biden Barn” Has Burned Down in Mifflin County

REEDSVILLE, Pa (AP) – Associated Press is reporting… In Mifflin County, a barn expressing support for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has burned down.  The barn belonged to Robin and Lawrence Herst, and was located on their property in Reedsville. The Hersts had the barn painted in support of Biden and Harris prior to the 2020 election. The barn also featured a rendering of the American flag and the words “unity over division.”

The fire began overnight and continued in the early morning hours of March 6. Posts on social media include photos of the barn, as well as images taken when the fire was under way.  While some on social media have speculated that the cause of the fire may be arson, the Mifflin County Regional Police have stated they have yet to be consulted for a criminal investigation.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the barn’s restoration, and at time of publication has raised nearly $4,000 towards a $10,000 goal.
