MIFFLINBURG – One person was flown to the hospital after a pedestrian accident in the Mifflinburg area Monday evening.
The Union County Fire Wire says the accident occurred just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of Swengle Road and Route 45. According to the fire wire, the pedestrian was down on the roadway when first responders arrived.
Life Flight was sent to the scene minutes later and was seen landing at the Mifflinburg VFW.
No other details are known.
