LEWISBURG — The Daily Item reports a Millmont man who previously was convicted of felony robbery was charged with illegally possessing firearms and operating a marijuana-growing operation at his home.
The newspaper reports 36-year-old Bret Mattern was charged with four felonies: three counts of prohibited possession of a firearm and one count of possession with intent to deliver.
The Daily Item reports police found marijuana-growing equipment, six marijuana plants, 2.5 pounds of marijuana and three guns at his home.
Mattern was taken into custody and transported to Columbia County Jail on a state parole detainer.
