LEWISBURG – In the Lewisburg Area School District, a cybersecurity breach involving PowerSchool, the student information system, may have exposed personal data of students and educators.
PowerSchool is notifying affected individuals and has partnered with Experian to provide free identity protection and credit monitoring. Emails with details will be sent in the coming weeks to those impacted.
A dedicated call center and additional resources are available online. Lewisburg schools Superintendent Cathy Moser says protecting students and teachers remains the district’s top priority. More information is available at PowerSchool’s website.
