Grand Jury Indicts Alleged Snyder County Drug Dealers

MIDDLEBURG — In Snyder County, two people are jailed after a state grand jury indicted them on drug trafficking charges.  NorthcentralPA.com reports Jodi Leigh Garrison of Beavertown and Joseph Gerard Kern of Beaver Springs face nearly a dozen felony counts.

Investigators say witnesses said they bought heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine from Kern, supplied by Garrison.  Court records show witnesses describe trading labor and property for drugs at homes in Middleburg and Beaver Springs.

Kern and Garrison are charged with felony drug delivery and conspiracy offenses.  Both remain in Snyder County Prison and have preliminary hearings scheduled  before District Judge Bo Trawitz.
