HARRISBURG – Get ready to pay more at the gasoline pump. Gasbuddy.com says oil prices are going up with more refinery challenges.
Gasbuddy.com reported Monday Pennsylvania gasoline prices rose 7.1 cents per gallon in the past week, now averaging $3.69 per gallon.
Nationally, gas prices rose 11.3 cents per gallon, now averaging $3.39 per gallon.
Diesel prices also went up, by 2.6 cents per gallon, and stand at $4.60 per gallon.
Gasbuddy.com says macroeconomic factors have continued weighing on oil and refined products. There are also increasing concerns that without additional oil, supply will tighten in the weeks ahead.
