Concini Toy Drive Starts Today in Northumberland

NORTHUMBERLAND – Northumberland Police today launch the annual Christmas toy drive named after a late police chief.

They remember the late Police Chief Martin Concini Jr. with the annual Christmas Toy Drive.

They say, in 1990, Chief Concini wanted to contribute to needy families during the holiday season.  The program ended with his death in 1992, but the Northumberland Police Department started collected toys again since 1998.

Today the program also assists families in Point Township, Sunbury, and other communities.

We have a list of places toys can be dropped off at WKOK.com.

  1. Northumberland Police Station or Borough Office.
  2. Priestley/Forsyth Library on King Street in Northumberland.
  3. Northumberland National Bank on Front Street in Northumberland.
  4. Surplus Outlet Store on Route 11.
  5. Pineknotter Brewing
