BLOOMSBURG – Today at the Bloomsburg Fair, they’re having their first ever ‘Veterans Expo.’ They say active duty and all veterans receive free entry at the Bloomsburg Fair today, that’s not new, but this year at 10am, they’ll hear remarks from US Army Major General James McCormack, also speaking will be PA’s state treasurer Stacy Garrity, she is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, then the expo begins in the Education Building.
There will be dozens of displays and numerous representatives of veterans and various aid organizations. The VA will be represented, along with branches of US Armed Services, American Legion and PA Wounded Warriors. The Fair says they are proud to salute all of the men and women who have served, and are serving in our nation’s armed services..
