MOUNT CARMEL TOWNSHIP – Updated information was unavailable for a woman who was critically injured in a crash that closed Snake Road in Mount Carmel Township last week. A nursing supervisor at Geisinger Medical Center says there was no information for 18-year old Jessamine Crosland, of New Ringgold, who suffered critical injuries in a crash that injured four people last week.
The crash occurred when 20-year-old Justin Daigle of Newmanstown, Lebanon County was driving and lost control of his car. The vehicle skidded more than 250 feet before hitting a tree head-on. WKOK reported he was in serious condition from injuries suffered in that crash. A nursing supervisor today says he’s been upgraded to fair condition.
Police say charges are pending against Daigle.
