Selinsgrove man charged with wife’s murder

homicide 1 FEATSELINSGROVE – A Selinsgrove man has been charged in the murder of his wife. 75-year-old Kenneth Wochley was arraigned Monday on homicide charges related to the death of his wife Ann earlier this month.

 

Ann Wochley was found dead on the floor of their home at 606 Ninth Street in Selinsgrove on April 2. Police say Kenneth Wochley was found unconscious in a chair and a hammer was found nearby. An autopsy revealed Mrs. Wochley died of blunt force trauma to the head.

 

Kenneth Wochley is charged with criminal homicide and two counts of aggravated assault. Wochley was arraigned before district judge John Reed and taken to Snyder County prison without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 2.
