New Gas Price Survey: Prices up over 6 cents per gallon in PA, Valley

HARRISBURG – Gasoline prices have skyrocketed in PA and the Valley in the past week. According to the latest report from gasbuddy.com, gas prices rose 6.4 cents per gallon. PA gas prices are now 7.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. The national average gas price has also risen 8.5 cents per gallon in the past week as well.

Here in the Valley, Northumberland County gas prices are now $2.88, $2.77 in Snyder, $2.76 in Montour, and Union County remains the lowest at $2.69.
