Children’s museum opening for children with special needs


LEWISBURG – This Sunday, Valley children with special needs will have a morning to themselves at the Lewisburg Children’s Museum. The Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way’s Diversity and Inclusion Impact Council is partnering with the Lewisburg Children’s Museum to host the  ‘Opening to Children with Special Needs and their Families.”


The event is Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lewisburg Children’s Museum. This will be dedicated time for families of children with special needs to enjoy the museum privately before the museum opens for regular business.


Families are still welcome to stay during regular museum hours from noon to 5 p.m. Cost is $5 per person. People with a green PA Access Card will be admitted free, up to four family members.
